We cannot modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to help you.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days with the product in as-deliverable condition and in the original shipping box. Return and exchange costs are borne by the customer. During the sale period we do not accept returns, exchanges or any order cancellations. During the Christmas period you have until December 31 to make your changes.
International orders
Orders are generally received within ± 7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery will be made by Seur transport service.

Our goal is the full satisfaction of our customers, which is why if for any reason you are not fully satisfied when you receive your order, you have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange it.
We do not exchange or return bikinis for hygienic reasons
The garments must be in perfect condition, unused. Please attach the order form when returning.
To make an exchange or return you must send an email to info@hippiechicshop.net indicating the reasons and we will inform you of the procedure to follow. We recommend sending via certified mail.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase.
The company reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
